The PROCESS

Discovery

Our journey usually starts with a short chat so we can really get to know your brand and you. We’ll also spend time auditing your existing website (if you have one) to see what is and isn’t working. Then we’ll benchmark your current performance so we have a baseline to compare your new website against. This helps us use your website to tell the story of your brand.

Definition

Determining the structure of your website is a vital first step so that you can position your brand and website as effectively as possible. We’ll map out the multiple user journeys through your website on different devices to figure out what functionality you need. This allows us to understand the website and make it simple, inspirational, and enjoyable in design.

Design & Develop

A website that is on-brand and performs effortlessly for the user comes as standard. We believe in established UI and UX principles for maximum beauty and functionality. This is central when considering the hero sections of your website, typography, use of white space, the exact placement of calls to action (CTA), and more. Our platform of choice for this is Squarespace. Much of the coding is already built-in. It is cost-effective, customisable, and easy to manage with a straightforward Content Management System (CMS).

Launch & Support

After uploading all the content, testing, iterating, and reviewing every pixel and syllable, the exciting launch of your new luxury website can begin! Once live, we will continue to monitor the site and be there for you whenever you need support. We won’t disappear.

What are the next steps from here?

01. Enquiry & Chat

Fill out our introductory form to apply for one of the web and brand packages or for one of our core services. We will be in touch with you within 24 hours to arrange a free 1-hour discovery call.

02. Onboarding

With your selected package and needs decided, we send you your contract and payment instructions. The first instalment of your payment plan is required before any work begins. After that, you’ll receive your prep work checklist.

03. Prep work

Your prep work checklist is unique to your project. It is a set of tasks that makes sure we have everything we need before any design work begins. Tasks may include contributing inspiration to a Pinterest board, preparing high quality copy and images or providing any other assets necessary to get the project going.

04. Project start

When your prep is done, we can start building your website and watch your brand come to life. We will be regularly in touch via communication channel.

/ WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Frequently asked questions

  • Of course. We use Squarespace because we love how user-friendly with most of the coding ‘baked in’ already. Within 7 days of the final handover, you’ll be sent a personalised tutorial library showing you how to manage and maintain your site on your own.

    We can also look after everything for you. We offer monthly maintenance services, which you’ll be sent at the end of your project. We can upload blogs, design graphics, add new content to your site, fix anything - you name it.

  • We’ll provide you with a clear checklist of what we need to create your dream brand and website. This includes adding inspiration to a joint Pinterest board, completing a strategy questionnaire and providing us with copy, imagery and credentials. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through every step to make sure nothing is missing.

  • After you’ve filled out your application, we’ll be in touch with a proposal to get you booked in. Once first payment has been made, you’ll be sent the prep work checklist and strategy questionnaire to work through.

    When your project date comes around, we’ll be in touch for a strategy call, and then the exciting work begins.

  • You will require a Squarespace Business Plan (as a Squarespace Circle Member, you will get 20% off your first year!). We will also purchase your domain on your behalf in your account if you don’t already have one.

  • Yes! The deliverables outlined in our web and brand packages are the most important features required. If there’s something you wish to swap out or add in, just let us know, and we’ll make it happen as long as it fits within the same project timeline.

  • Our web design experiences are highly collaborative. I’ll be working very closely with you throughout the project. Our reduced timelines (compared to the traditional 4-8 weeks) are dependent on your cooperation and timely feedback. We have a workflow we follow with each project and communicate daily via a private Slack channel.
